What happens if it hails?
Our panels are tough and will withstand the impact of 25 mm (one-inch) hail at terminal velocity. This is just one part of development testing.
Do the panels deteriorate in the sun?
There is a 25 year warranty on your panels. This is where quality makes a BIG difference. Many cheaper panels will need replacing in this time so value for money is with us.
Does my roof need reinforcing?
Our panels are relatively light weight so most roofs don't need any extra strength. We will do a structural assessment when we do our initial survey.
What do I have to do to get a government rebate?
We will advise you at the time of current and pending government rebates and incentives so you get the best out of your system.
Do I have to have a Grid Connected System to get Rebates?
No. Rebates are also available Stand Alone Systems in an effort to reduce dependence on diesel. Please ask us for the current rebates for your situation.
How can I make money from my system?
Currently the energy you put back into the grid gives you a credit at approx 3 times the consumer rate. For example, if you put 1kWh back into the grid, that is worth approx 3kWh off your electricity bill.
